Vacation Protocol 

 Step 1: 

 -Please send Eliza a private message. Please do not just announce that you will be leaving in the club chat because it might not be seen.

Step 2: 

-In the message please include the date of when you will be leaving and the date of when you are returning. If you are unsure of the time you will be gone please say so.

​

Step 3:

-Once your Vacation has been approved (meaning once Eliza has messaged you back, so in other words please don't send the message 2 minutes before you are leaving if you can help it) please donate the amount of emeralds that would be required for the amount of time you will be gone.

Step 4:

-When you return send Eliza a message saying that you are back so an update message can be sent to you on what was missed or changed. 

 

We completely understand that everyone has a life outside of the game, all that ask is that we be let know when time off is needed from the game.

 

These set of steps also apply if you are having some time commitment issues.
